As Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), you will lead the execution of client-facing projects and internal operations, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and maximum impact. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee project implementation, platform rollouts, and cross-functional execution, driving enterprise client satisfaction. This key leadership role focuses on translating product vision into scalable solutions across diverse insurance lines and markets.

    • 10+ years of experience in delivery, operations, or project leadership roles within SaaS, fintech, or insurtech.
    • Proven success in leading enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of insurance workflows, digital onboarding, policy issuance, and system integrations.
    • Strong track record in building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional program management, planning, and communication skills.
    • Experience in Middle Eastern and/or African insurance markets is a plus.
    • Execution-focused with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

1. Delivery & Implementation Leadership

    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all SaaS deployments for insurers, brokers, and partners.
    • Manage project timelines, success metrics, and client onboarding.
    • Establish and maintain high-quality, repeatable implementation processes and documentation.
    • Resolve delivery bottlenecks and uphold a high standard of service excellence.

2. Operational Execution & Scaling

    • Develop delivery playbooks and standardized rollout models across product lines (Health, Motor, Life, Casualty, etc.).
    • Optimize internal delivery operations in collaboration with product, tech, and customer success teams.
    • Lead weekly operational reviews, proactively addressing cross-functional obstacles.
    • Drive process automation, documentation, and tooling to enhance scalability.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as the key liaison between sales, product, engineering, and client success teams.
    • Convert commercial deals and product configurations into actionable delivery plans.
    • Work closely with the tech team to ensure platform readiness, feature configuration, and deployment timelines.

4. Client & Partner Engagement

    • Act as the senior delivery point of contact for strategic clients.
    • Align client expectations with delivery capabilities and ensure satisfaction.
    • Build long-term trust through transparent communication and achievement of milestones.
    • Lead delivery reviews with insurers, reinsurers, and distribution partners.

5. Team Leadership & Growth

    • Lead and grow the Delivery & Implementation team across regions.
    • Develop internal talent, train project managers, and scale delivery capacity.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, proactivity, and client satisfaction within the team.
