Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a CFO of a group company based in Abu Dhabi, you will play a vital role in steering the financial strategy and operations of the organization. This position requires a seasoned finance leader who excels in capital raising, financial structuring, investment analysis, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial future, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent will be a plus point
2. 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within a diversified group or large corporation.
3. Proven track record in capital raising and financial structuring.
4. Strong background in investment analysis and strategic financial planning.
5. Strong understanding of the UAE financial landscape and relevant regulations

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
1. Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
2. Lead capital raising efforts, including liaising with investors, financial institutions, and other funding sources.
3. Design and oversee comprehensive financial structuring initiatives to support business expansion.
4. Conduct in-depth investment analysis to identify profitable opportunities and guide decision-making.
5. Implement and manage risk management frameworks to safeguard the company’s financial health.
6. Ensure robust financial reporting systems and maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards.
7. Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
8. Manage cash flow and optimize the company’s capital structure to support growth.
9. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
