As a Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for processing and verifying claims, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely claim settlements. GCC experience is mandatory.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in life or credit claims within the GCC insurance market.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance principles and claims procedures.
3. Proficiency in English; Arabic language is an advantage (preferred).
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

1. Assist in the assessment and processing of Group Life and Credit claims.
2. Verify documentation and ensure claims are handled in line with company policies.
3. Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal departments to resolve queries.
4. Maintain accurate claim records and prepare periodic reports.
5. Support the Claims Officer/Manager in day-to-day administrative and technical tasks.”
