  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations in the UAE.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Manage financial risks and opportunities, implementing effective controls and mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, systems, and resources.
