2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the insurance sector, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the insurance industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations in the UAE.
5. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
6. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities
