The Executive Secretary to the Chairman provides top-level administrative support, manages schedules and communications, handles confidential matters, and ensures smooth coordination between the Chairman and stakeholders.
ππππππ ππππππππ, ππππππ & ππππππππππ:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelorβs in Business Administration or related field
- 5β10 years in executive support roles at board or C-level
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, maintaining high professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality under pressure.

1-Executive Support to the Chairman:
- Organize and prepare agendas and supporting materials for meetings
- Document and follow up on minutes and recommendations
- Draft high-quality correspondence, resolutions, and reports
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
- Issue formal letters and notifications on behalf of the Chairman
2-Board Support & Compliance:
- Uphold confidentiality in all board-related communication
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
3-Coordination & Communication:
- Provide logistical and administrative support during meetings
- Maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the Chairman
