The Executive Secretary to the Chairman provides top-level administrative support, manages schedules and communications, handles confidential matters, and ensures smooth coordination between the Chairman and stakeholders.

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
  • 5–10 years in executive support roles at board or C-level
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; French is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, maintaining high professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality under pressure.

1-Executive Support to the Chairman:

  • Organize and prepare agendas and supporting materials for meetings
  • Document and follow up on minutes and recommendations
  • Draft high-quality correspondence, resolutions, and reports
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
  • Issue formal letters and notifications on behalf of the Chairman

2-Board Support & Compliance:

  • Uphold confidentiality in all board-related communication
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines

3-Coordination & Communication:

  • Provide logistical and administrative support during meetings
  • Maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the Chairman
