Finance Manager – Insurance

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘
As a Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team, managing the financial operations of a reputable insurance brokerage firm in Dubai. Your role will include financial planning, analysis, and strategic advisory to optimize business performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional capable of driving sound financial decisions and managing complex financial structures.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within the insurance brokerage or financial services industry.
3. Strong knowledge of insurance industry financial practices and regulations.
4. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in financial reporting, modeling, and advanced data analysis.
6. Solid understanding of both local and international financial standards.

1. Prepare and oversee the production of accurate financial reports and statements.
2. Develop financial strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
3. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing comprehensive financial analysis.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and insurance industry standards.
5. Monitor cash flow and oversee treasury operations to maintain financial stability.
6. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and reviews.
7. Analyze financial data to identify trends and propose cost-saving measures.
8. Support senior management with financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.
9. Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of efficiency and accuracy.
