As the Head of Distribution, you will play a strategic role in shaping and executing distribution strategies to enhance market presence and drive business growth. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry, with a focus on distribution.
3. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful distribution strategies.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners
8. Fluency in English and Arabic

1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with the companyβs overarching objectives.
2. Analyze dynamic market trends and adjust strategies proactively to sustain a competitive advantage.
3. Oversee and expand existing distribution channels, encompassing Bancassurance, agents, brokers, and digital platforms.
4. Identify and nurture novel channels to augment market reach and enhance revenue generation.
5. Provide leadership, motivation, and training to the distribution team, fostering a culture of achievement and surpassing sales targets.
6. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and corporate clients.
7. Monitor sales and distribution metrics closely, offering insightful reports to senior management.
8. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and unwavering adherence to company policies.
9. Advocate for ethical sales practices and instill a customer-centric approach across all distribution activities
