HNW Relationship Manager

A leading insurance entity is looking to hire an experienced HNW Relationship Manager to join their Private Clients team.

Based in their Dubai Office, the ideal candidate will engage with HNW clients and provide insurance solutions and support their financial advisers by utilising excellent and in-depth knowledge of the products they distribute and internal /external policies and procedures.

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Build a HNW Portfolio through the candidate’s existing clients and connections
• Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and HNW Clients
• Provide HNW Clients with insurance solutions that fit their corporates needs (from quotation to policy implementation)
• Service a portfolio HNW Clients (policy renewal, claims, endorsement, premium payment collection…)
• Interact on a regular basis with the insurance partners and their HNW Clients to ensure best service
• Maintain HNW Client and policy data securely and within their internal system

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Prior experience in a HNW servicing role in the insurance industry (Corporates Lines) with underwriting, policy implementation & claim management.
• Ideally 5 to 8 years’ experience
• Familiar with insurance providers operating within the UAE market, their products and processes, especially properties and casualty insurance
• Able to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Fluent in English, and any other European language would an asset
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
• CII is a plus
