As an HR & Admin Manager, you will lead core HR functions – including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy development – while overseeing daily administrative operations for the Dubai office. This role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, experience with modern HR tools, and the ability to drive structured processes and operational excellence in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

1. Bachelors’ degree in HR, Business administration or a related discipline.
2. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the UAE
3. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and Ministry of Lab or (MOL) regulations
4. Proficient in HR systems and tools, including HRIS platforms and payroll software.
5. Proven experience in managing administrative functions and overseeing office operations
6. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
8. Previous experience in technology, fintech, or fast-paced, high growth environments is highly desirable.
