One of our #insurance #clients is looking to #hire a “HR Manager” for their #Dubai office.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

1. Master’s degree in Human Resources with HR certifications is a must
2. At least 10 years’ UAE working experience in Human Resource management
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organization skills.
5. Excellent emotional intelligence & critical observation
6. Excellent decision-making and collaboration skills
7. Candidate should be within UAE

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Lead the Recruitment & Selection function and the entire recruitment process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified professional plus sourcing and discovering top talents for open positions.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, specifically tailored to the insurance industry.
3. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the insurance sector.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
5. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including maintaining employee records, managing work permits, and handling employee grievances.
7. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, career development, and conflict resolution.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management within the insurance sector and recommend improvements to existing HR policies and procedures.
9. Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to share knowledge, best practices, and support company-wide initiatives
