1. A degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification).
2. Proven experience in the insurance or medical industry is preferred.
3. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical insurance or underwriting sector.
3. Experience in handling both physical and electronic records in accordance with audit and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven track record of maintaining smooth operations and effective client servicing in a high-pressure environment.

1. Manage client servicing for new business acquisition and renewal placements.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, including endorsement processing and updates.
3. Ensure compliance with prevailing industry regulations and standards.
4. Act as a liaison between clients, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
5. Prepare, process, and maintain policies, endorsements, and accounting documents.
6. Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files for regulatory audits and record-keeping purposes.
