One of our client is hiring for Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist – Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver high-impact learning programs across technical, behavioral, compliance, and leadership areas
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop structured learning plans aligned with business goals
• Develop training materials including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides
• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions in Arabic and English
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, and training documentation
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and analyze learning effectiveness
• Support onboarding programs and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the insurance sector
• Strong experience with LMS administration, training operations, and performance tracking
• Native or near-native Arabic language skills with strong English proficiency
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coaching is a plus
