As a Legal Manager, you will oversee all legal and compliance matters, provide expert advice, draft and review contracts, and ensure adherence to local laws while protecting the client’s interests.

ππ”π€π‹πˆπ…πˆπ‚π€π“πˆπŽππ’, π’πŠπˆπ‹π‹π’ & π„π—ππ„π‘πˆπ„ππ‚π„:
1. Minimum 3–4 years of legal experience
2. Strong background in civil, commercial, and corporate laws
3. Proven expertise in contract management and corporate compliance
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
5. Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

1. Provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to management and business units.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
4. Manage legal risks by designing and implementing effective risk management frameworks.
5. Liaise with external counsels and regulatory authorities as required.
6. Oversee corporate governance, company secretarial duties, and licensing requirements.
7. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
8. Handle dispute resolution and litigation cases efficiently.
