1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 7 to 10 years of proven experience managing heavy and light equipment operations within both civil and military sectors.
3. In-depth expertise in equipment maintenance, supply chain logistics, operational management, and fleet optimization.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset, capable of formulating and executing business growth strategies.
5. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with solid experience navigating both local and international markets.
