One of our client is hiring for Manager – Infrastructure and Security (Insurance)
Experience: 15–20 years
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including on-premises data centers and cloud platforms (with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – OCI).
– Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, security, and databases such as Oracle DB, Oracle WebLogic, MongoDB, and Jasper reporting software.
– Lead deployment and optimization of enterprise-grade hardware, storage, and SPARC hardware.
– Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of managed datacenter services.
– Collaborate with software development teams to understand deployment architecture requirements and provide infrastructure support.
– Analyze existing architecture and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
– Lead network design and security initiatives to safeguard systems and data.
– Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot database environments, with a focus on Oracle and NoSQL databases.
– Manage cloud migrations, hybrid infrastructure, and disaster recovery planning.
– Interface regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver managed infrastructure solutions.
– Supervise and mentor technical teams to ensure seamless infrastructure and hosting services.
Competencies:
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.

– Effective communication skills, able to bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
– Familiarity with ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
