As aΒ Motor Claims Officer, you’ll manage the end-to-end claims process, verifying coverage, assessing damages, and ensuring fair settlements. You’ll interact with policyholders, investigate fraud, negotiate claims, and maintain compliance with regulations. Your role is key to delivering efficient, customer-centric resolutions while upholding company policies and industry standards.

1. Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experienceΒ in motor claims handling within the UAE insurance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, regulations, and claims procedures.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems.
6. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

1. Manage motor vehicle insurance claims from initial reporting to final settlement. Review claim submissions, validate policy coverage, and evaluate claim legitimacy.
2. Collaborate with adjusters, mechanics, and third-party vendors to inspect vehicle damage and determine accurate compensation or repair estimates.
3. Engage with policyholders to collect necessary details, provide claim updates, and guide them through the claims process with professionalism and empathy.
4. Examine claims for potential fraud or discrepancies, working with relevant teams to mitigate fraudulent activities and ensure proper resolution.
5. Negotiate fair and equitable settlements with claimants, repair facilities, and third parties, balancing company interests with customer satisfaction.
6. Partner with underwriting, legal, and customer service teams to resolve complex claims and disputes, maintaining efficient interdepartmental workflows.
7. Maintain accurate claim records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
