As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and managing project management frameworks, ensuring effective project delivery, and driving operational excellence across various organizational initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring project performance, and implementing best practices to achieve business goals.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO setup, or consultancy roles.
3. Strong understanding of PMO methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
4. Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management methodologies is preferred.
7. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software tools.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

1. Develop and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
2. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality and timeliness.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and key milestones.

5. Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to leadership.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and standards.
7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
8. Provide guidance and support to project teams for effective project delivery.
