As a PR Manager, you will manage government relations, media communications, and official documentation for non-national and resident employees, ensuring strong regulatory partnerships, timely license renewals, and full compliance with all legal requirements.ππππππ ππππππππ,Β ππππππΒ &Β ππππππππππ:
1. Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant digital tools.
4. Full fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
5. In-depth knowledge of UAE Federal Labor Law and immigration regulations, including visa, residency, and work permit procedures.
6. Strong experience using UAE government digital platforms (e.g., smart visa systems, Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, MOHRE portals, βTAMM,β βTAS-HEELβ).
7. Proven ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with government and regulatory bodies.
8. High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive data.

1. Coordinate with the HR Department to ensure timely processing of new hires and compliance with visa and legal documentation requirements.
2. Prepare, submit, and track all documentation for visa issuance, work permits, and trade licenses with the appropriate authorities.
3. Liaise with government entitiesβincluding municipalities, chambers of commerce, Ministry of Economy, banks, and other agenciesβon behalf of the group and its subsidiaries.
4. Maintain and update an electronic database for visas, residency permits, passport validity, vehicle registrations, and trade licenses, ensuring timely renewals and easy access to information.
5. Lead and manage the PRO team, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and CEO.
