One of our client is hiring for Pricing Actuarial Manager (Life)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and develop actuarial pricing methodologies for life insurance products.
– Conduct pricing reviews in line with company and regulatory requirements, producing detailed reports.
– Ensure compliance with CBUAE and relevant actuarial standards.
– Maintain and update pricing models, documentation, and audit trails.
– Support financial reporting, budgeting, experience analysis, and portfolio profitability reviews.
– Assist the Head Actuary in product planning, registration, and launch of new life insurance products.
– Conduct reinsurance structure analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digitalization, product marketing, and reporting initiatives.
– Develop and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI).
Competencies:
– Associate or Fellow of a recognized Actuarial Body with proven expertise in life insurance pricing.
– Strong technical and analytical skills in actuarial modelling and financial analysis.
– Proficient in Alteryx and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
– Excellent understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
– Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
