One of our clients based in the UAE is looking to hire Quality Controller (Formulator) from Perfume/Cosmetics Industry in Dubai, UAE
EXPERIENCE: Above 4 years (Perfume and Cosmetics)
SALARY: Market compatible and will be discussed during the interview.
QUALIFICATION: B.Sc., / M.sc., in general chemistry, analytical Chemistry, organic chemistry backgrounds or B.tech /M.tech in chemical engineering
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing & Sop’s ensuring works as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Testing of incoming raw materials with proper documentation.
- Creating formulation for new products, stability testing & its standardization.
- Preparing Production Batch sheet with standard formula.
- Manufacturing bulk analysis & finished goods checking.
- Preparation of Product standard, Certificate of Composition & Analysis (COC & COA).
- Periodic checking of online production to ensure the product meets its standard.
- Coordination with Team Supervisor for ensuring that production is within parameters.
- Cosmetic Product Registration with Dubai Municipality.
- Documentation for each product – line clearance, start-up checklist, filling inspection
- Customer complaint analyzing, corrective & preventive action plan & its documentation
