As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Manager to source and attract top talent for the organization. You’ll gain valuable insight into the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while contributing to the mission of building a high-performing team.
ππππππ ππππππππ, ππππππ & ππππππππππ:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
5. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
πππ ππππππππππππππππ:
1. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
2. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assist in coordinating interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for roles.
3. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.
4. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database.
5. Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other events to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
6. Work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and support recruitment initiatives.
