As a Senior Associate – Distribution in an insurance company, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding the client base while driving revenue growth. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other distribution partners to promote the insurance products effectively. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the insurance market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

1. Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; insurance-related certifications are a plus.
2. 3+ years of experience in distribution, sales, or account management within the insurance sector, particularly in general insurance.
3. Strong knowledge of the UAE insurance market and distribution channels.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.

1. Develop, maintain, and expand effective broker relationships to achieve business targets through the broker channel.
2. Conduct regular visits to assigned brokers and consistently analyze current and potential business to align with the strategic objectives of the distribution team.
3. Assist the distribution team in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities; adapt and innovate in response to market dynamics.
4. Collaborate closely with the underwriting and broker teams to ensure high client and premium retention rates.
5. Coordinate with the underwriting and broker teams to provide fast turnaround times (TAT) on new business quotations, with regular follow-ups to convert quotes into active business, while adhering to company’s underwriting guidelines.
6. Support the distribution manager on new initiatives and projects as required.
7. Foster strong cross-functional relationships within the organization to ensure smooth collaboration
