We are looking to hire a ‘Senior Broker Relationship Manager’ for one of our insurance clients to be based in their Dubai office.

The ideal candidate will possess about 10+ years of working experience in the UAE insurance industry, a strong network of relationships within the broker community, and a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company.

Key responsibilities would also include but not limited to the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities and providing ongoing support to existing clients.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to brokers on a range of products and services.
  • Managing the sales process from initial engagement to closing the deal, including negotiating contracts and establishing effective pricing and commission structures.
  • Monitoring the performance of assigned broker relationships, analyzing data and market trends, and providing recommendations to improve performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
  • Participating in industry events and initiatives to build brand awareness and promote the company’s products and services.
