Team Lead – Business Development

As a Team Lead in Business Development for an insurance industry in Dubai, you will drive the growth and success of the team, ensuring targets are met and revenue streams are expanded. You will manage a team of business development professionals, fostering client acquisition and retention. 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 & 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in the insurance industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving business growth and expanding market presence.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Strong understanding of the UAE insurance market and industry regulations.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
2. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company’s market share within the insurance sector.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, networking, and client acquisition.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
5. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the business.
6. Collaborate with senior management to align business development goals with overall company objectives.
7. Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance reviews.
8. Track and report on business development activities, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
