As a Team Lead – Motor Insurance, you will manage a team to ensure efficient handling of motor insurance operations, including underwriting, renewals, and client servicing. The role involves team leadership, client communication, compliance oversight, and driving business growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

1. 2 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
2. 5 years of experience in Motor Insurance within the UAE market.
3. Bachelor’s degree with Equivalency Certificate.
4. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and resilience in all interactions.

1. Evaluate prospective clients’ insurance needs through comprehensive underwriting assessments.
2. Deliver competitive quotations backed by technical analysis and tailored recommendations.
3. Lead and manage the policy renewal process with proactive client and insurer engagement.
4. Provide timely, multiple renewal options with detailed comparisons and strategic advice.
5. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports, including production reports, renewal trackers, and performance dashboards.
6. Submit reports in a timely manner to Management and Finance.
7. Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and client service excellence.
8. Monitor and manage incoming leads from digital platforms and the BD team.
9. Ensure prompt follow-up and timely delivery of quotations.
10. Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, clearly conveying insurance terms through formal channels.
11. Ensure adherence to the Customer Communication Policy and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
12. Guarantee clarity, accuracy, & consistency in all verbal, written, and digital communications.
13. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
14. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
15. Perform additional duties and participate in projects as assigned to support business needs.
